Suit Negozi Row offers a flexible return policy allowing you to return your luxury items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags and security seals still attached.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your account portal or visit our Returns Center to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique Return Authorization Number.

Pack Your Items

Carefully place the items in the original packaging, ensuring all designer boxes, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included to avoid restocking fees.

Label and Ship

Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided by our courier partner to the outside of the box and schedule a pickup or drop it off at an authorized location.

Quality Check and Refund

Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
